As an Assembly Worker at VDL MPC, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality components, modules and complete systems used in the defence and high-tech industries. Working from technical drawings, work instructions and prepared assembly kits, you will ensure that every product is assembled accurately and meets the required quality standards.
Your daily tasks include assembling mechanical and electronic components, using hand tools and specialised equipment, performing quality checks and reporting any deviations. You will work closely with colleagues from production, logistics and quality to ensure an efficient production process.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with technical skills as well as those who are motivated to learn and develop within a modern manufacturing environment. Comprehensive training is provided, along with opportunities to grow into more advanced assembly, production or testing roles.
Wymagania
Good command of English or Dutch
Full-time availability
Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
Technical aptitude or willingness to develop technical skills
Good manual dexterity and practical hands-on skills
Experience using basic hand tools or willingness to learn
Ability to follow technical instructions and work procedures
Reliable, motivated and responsible attitude
Team player with good communication skills
Willingness to work in a day shift (Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:45)
Ability to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
Previous experience in assembly, production, mechanical fitting, automotive or engineering is an advantage, but not required
